  • Information needed to keep you safe and ensure health and safety procedures are followed,

  • To administrate and fulfil services at the center, including bookings, personal services such as spiritual direction, and to deliver our programme.
  • To help our employees and volunteers to fulfil your booking and to ensure our services are safe, effective, and tailored to your needs.
  • To safeguard vulnerable children or adults who may be at risk of harm or where an incident has occurred and needs to be reported.
  • To maintain our accounts and records (including financial records and gift aid.
  • To publicise and inform you of any updates, discounts and services available at the EHPRC
  • To help us evaluate and plan our services, we may contact you via surveys to seek your opinion on our services.

EHPRC will process data in the following circumstances:

Where the data includes religious belief, we are permitted to process it provided the processing relates only to those who have regular contact with us and there is no disclosure to a third party without consent.

Sharing your personal data

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with EHPRC, employees, volunteers, and with those acting on our behalf or providing us with a service for legitimate purposes connected to the Center. We will not share your personal data to third parties without your consent. We will only share your personal data with facilitators to ensure they have the necessary information to comply with health and safety regulations and to provide an appropriate level of services. We will only share your personal data with external accountancy services for the purpose of providing accurate records to inform financial records and the drawing up of annual accounts.

We will only share your data with law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies if necessary and proportionate to do so.

Any records relating to the congregations historical and legitimate activities are kept safely, securely, and with appropriate safeguards in place.

The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for EHPRC to retain such data.
